My best guess at a solution is to extract / expand the service pack somehow and then slipstream / integrate the extracted files in to the Windows 7 RTM image. exe file, rather than as one of NTLite's preferred update formats such as. As far as I can tell there is currently no simple way to use NTLite to slipstream / integrate service pack 1 in to an RTM image of Windows 7.
